So my buddy is getting hitched and he wants to have a bachelor party in Montreal, as the best man i gotta plan the activities and was wondering what local members in Montreal suggest in terms of clubs/strip clubs and other crazy/fun activities...

Ive heard of these "hands-on" strip clubs, if anyone has any personal recommendations or experience from a particular club please don't hesitate to share.

To the OP:

Concerning strip joints:

Super Sex and Chez Paree are well know places with good looking women in the downtown core. Les Amazones is another loaction to consider slightly to the west of the downtown area and Solid Gold northern part of the city would get 4th place. Then again I'm 37 and my last bachelor party dates back 5 or 6 years and mine well need to go back to 1998!!!

As for things to do etc. if you guys like gambling you could always hit the Montreal Casino (if you do let me know might be able to help out once you are there).

Restaurants wise there are many places you could go as we have many fine eateries (would need to know budget etc...). Old Montreal (the old port) would be nice for eating and some drinks.

Nightlife 3 distinct pokets in the city (4 if you consider Old Montreal). Crescent st. (between Maisoneuve and St-Catherine) has many night spots, mainly english club feel and younger crowd (depending on the club of course). St- Denis st. (between Sherbrooke and St-Catherine) mainly french club feel age wise depends on the club as well more diverse crowd also. Then there is St-Laurent st. (also known as the Main) from Sherbrooke going north bound on St-Luarent. Mix of french and english with a european flair some pricey locations on this stirp (worthy mention Buena Notte) for eating, drinking and checking out locals !

Restaurants are a plenty... I went to Bar et Boeuf last night and it was delectable. Do you want to eat at a good restaurant with great ambiance, or a great restaurant with award-winning chef? It all depends on what you want to experience... and are willing to spend. You will find most high end restaurants in Old Montreal around McGill Ave. Other great restaurants will be on St-Laurent blvd ... and all over as a matter of fact. What are you looking for?

You can also find Poutine with Foie Gras in Montreal... it has found it's way in NYC by now.
