Dinan free flow vs BMW performance Exhaust? Which and Why?
Is there a better choice out there with no drone at any speed?

The BMW performance exhaust has a nice sound with no drone. You can really hear it when you step on the gas. The only down side to it is the price.

For 135i, the BMW performance exhaust is much louder than the Dinan exhaust. Dinan is probably the quietest or close to the quietest available.

I would go with the BMW PE. I havent heard the Dinan setup but the BME PE is really a nice sounding piece. I believe the BMW piece is also cheaper than the Dinan system.

Ditto for the BMW Performance exhaust. It sounds good and it looks good. Dinan exhaust looks like two coffee cans stucked under the car imo.

DEF the bmw performance exhaust. Im not sure if dinan does it but the BMW performance not only sounds better but they make specific exhausts for the e90 or e92. E90 gets its resonator deleted with the bmw kit and the e92 only gets mufflers since it doesnt have a resonator.

Yeah everyone has pretty much said BMW PE is just about the best there is out there, so its a no brainer. BMW PE > Dinan.

Dinan's exhaust sounds like sh*t. It's probably the worst sounding exhaust made for the 335i. PE is nice, mellow when you want it, mean when you get on it hard!

It's been a while since I've heard the Dinan exhaust, so I can't really say much about it. It obviously didn't make too much of an impression on me, b/c I can't even remember how it sounded.
From personal experience, I can tell you that the BMW PE is probably the best mod that I've done to my car (albeit, I don't mod that much). It just puts a smile on your face every time you drive. It virtually has zero droning inside the cabin. As stated above, it really comes alive when you want it, and it's fairly tamed when you're just cruising or at idle. And, it has a great "burbling" note when you feather the gas. The fact that it's a BMW OEM part made the purchase a no brainer for me. Sure, it's price tag is a bit high considering you're only getting mufflers (I have an e92), but still worth it IMO.

I have the BMW Exhaust and I am very happy, but I believe the Dinan may yeld more power gains, knowing Dinan. I am not sure though.
