oil

hi guys just wondering what the best oil to use in 335d or in the diesel i know they say use LL04 5w-30 but which brand. Castrol is BMW prefered but i herd people saying that theres others that are much better and feel much smoother.I used 0-30 in my e39 and that was great and i supplied my own oil for servicing. Any advise would be much appreciated

Fuchs TITAN GT1 5W-30 Zinc-Free Synthetic BMW LL04

or

Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic Oil
