My 12.8 run vid + a question.

This run took place about 4 months ago i just never got around to posting it for you guys. ****** posted it a while ago so you guys might remember it.

THis run was the last time i went out and i was wondering what kind of changes i should expect from my new mods.

Previous setup was. Jb3 map 7 1.3, Pump 93,DCI,Muffler Delete.

New setup is. Jb3 Map 8 2.0, 1/2 93 1/2 100octane, Muffler delete,DCI, 2.5 inch raceland catless dp's.

What do you guys think? thanks for the advice and comments.

If you can drive on street tires you should be trapping 115-117 atleast I would say. Maybe 12.3-12.5.

I would throw in more race gas if I was you and go map 9.

Auto or MT?

ya iall running my new setup . O.z ultraleggra's wrapped in runcraps.i guess the lighweight wheel should level out the crappy track tire situation.

We've seen tune only guys on Race gas using Run craps, stock weight trapping atleast 113-114.
So at this point anything is possible.

This car only gets good traps if your hooking 1st and 2nd really well I've noticed.

You should go to map9 and use less 93, actualy all 100 if you can (2-3 gallons). You should expect to see 115-116mph and depending on your 60 could see low 12's. I ran a 12.5 with a 1.8 60' with just a dci and map7. My clutch did not last long doing this though so keep that in mind.

try to run close to 100 octane if you can and get a set of DR. with a perfect launch and good weather i see 11.9-12.0 @ 115-117. start with map 9 and work yourself up.
