What was everyone's favorite goal from last night?
Good to see Brauwer (sp?) get one, Kane's was nice and I always like seeing Buff score |

My favorite was the pass from Sharp to brower. Just perfectly passed and perfectly tipped.

I liked that first goal by Brouwer. But i think Bolland's shorthanded goal was very important as for him, our team and Keith, who was sitting in a penalty box. But all of the goals very important.

^yeah, the shorty was nice too.. i think that showed how potent our offense is...we can score even when we are down a man, in a high pressure game, on the road...

Regular season stats show they have 13 short handed goals...wonder how that stacks up to the rest of the league

I'm pretty sure it was number 1 in the league. They talked about it a lot. And Hossa has like 4 or 5 of them or something.

Good luck to you guys. Hopefully you'll do well in the diving comp... oh wait... I mean the hockey game in San Jose.
Two X factors that will determine the series: 1. You guys need consistent goaltending. Doesn't have to be miraculous, just consistent. They've got some real skilled scorers in SJ and they generate ridiculous amounts of chances, especially really early in the game. 2. How many penalties will the Sharks draw? We'll see, but if it's anything like the last series they played in, you guys are going to have to match them dive-for-dive to keep from being shorthanded for the entire series. Hopefully, though, the refs will be cracking down on the bullshit and actually make these guys play hockey. |

Hopefully they'll give the West championship refs without heads up their asses...diving is so cheap ...and that's coming from someone who's played soccer his whole life

Now's a great time to start, playoff hockey is so much better than regular season IMO, while I guess that's true in most sports I think it to be so to a greater extent with hockey. You got a lot less of the stupid penalties and pointless fights and a lot more concentration on scoring goals and winning

At best the Hawks are going to lose to the Canadiens in the final. Halak just seems unstoppable.

The opposition chimes in...
Well whoever wins the series can take the thread over to the Stanley Cup I just hope it's a certain team, from a certain midwestern town, that starts with a C, ends with an O, and in the middle is "hicag" |

You have a deal, although, I hope it's a certain team from a western town that starts with an S, ends with an E, and in the middle is "an jos"
