xeon lights on halogen car

PurpleMonkey Private First Class 22 Rep 169 Posts Drives: BMW 335D SE / BMW 335i Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Yorkshire iTrader: (0)	xeon lights on halogen car I boight a set of xeon lights on ebay a while back that came with different balasts & wiring instruction. We have installed the lights but the only parts working are the indicators & 1 set of the LED rings We do not understand the instructions we have been given & are wondering if anyone can help
