If PayPal can't resolve it there is a chance VISA may.....better get on the blower asap. I got stiffed once on an item I purchased but it was only for $275.......VISA eventually paid me back, that's with a gold card.

Yeah bud. Call your credit card company, and ebay. If you payed by paypal, you have extra protection, but they are a real hassle to work with. =(

and are you going to sell ME one if you get them, at an AMAZING price? lol.

Hope it works out for you.

Sounds like you've been had. Get your cc: and paypal in quickly.

Even so, the deal sounds so fishy to start with. 30 Xbox at $200/each? Too good to be true.

That still doesent mean no one is buying 360s

at that price, he can sell them much lower than stores can

whats the link to the auction. paypal IS pretty good about this stuff, the thing is, you HAVE to file a complaint within a certain period of time. if you try filing a complaint too soon, they are gonna tell you to wait and that they might still be in the mail or something. if you wait too long, they wont help you out. so dont wait anymore, file a complaint with paypal!

Exactly. There is a time limit before Paypal tells you too bad... I think it's 30 days.

OP, you have obviously been screwed. You need to file a non receipt of item complaint with paypal. They will ask the seller to prove delivery to a confirmed address on your account, and when he doesn't they will refund your money ASSUMING they can clear the funds from seller's account.

If that doesn't work I hope you used a visa card, they are the best for protecting the consumer.

I got screwed by paypal and amex once. It was the toughest type of fraud... item was not as described. Non-receipt is usually open and shut.

The annoying part is that the seller shipped to a non-confirmed address. I could have been refunded simply by claiming I never received the item. Instead I went the honest route and got screwed as paypal basically auto replies to complaints that an item wasn't as described saying "sorry we can't get involved in disputes like this, work it out with the seller - case closed."

Supposedly there is a specific clause in the contract with AMEX that disputes with Paypal need to be resolved with paypal and the amex won't intervene (i.e. chargeback).

$500 out the window.

Paypal protects for 45 days so I am safe, I have already made claims and kept all the emails that was transfer between the seller and I so if they need any proofs or evidents, I have it all. thanks for all your help

30 X-BOX 360's...for 6k?........wow didn't already seem like a scam in the first place?
but since I'm a ebay seller and I've delt with PayPal through Chargebacks and scams...I
may be able to help...

Yea...you should file a dispute with PayPal and call you CreditCard company so they
will force PayPal to process the dispute quicker. If you don't call your company...PayPal
will take about a month to process and then ask you to provide further information which
will eventually get your frustrated with hella paperwork and such. Just call up your
card company and everything should be okay because as long as they can't find proof that
those x-box's were shipped to you...your fine.

Hope this helps =]
