Can anyone recommend a good service advisor at BMW Toronto (for a US import car)?

Planning to take my very recently imported from the US 335i in to have a rough start / cold cranking issue looked at under warranty.

Expecting the usual recall letter / instument cluster horse$hit that I've read so much about despite having the US dealer Warranty Vehicle Inquiry and all that already.

Someone who's dealt with US imports and is accommodating would be great. If they're technically competent, that would be icing on the cake.

I was just going to fill out their online form, but if anyone out there can offer me a good referral, I'd be much obliged.

Let me know how Dezmond is..... Even if you don't tell them its a U.S car, if they need to change your injectors or something and re-program it, the tech will know it wasn't re-programed and you didnt go thru BMW Canada for the Canadian registration....and the tech will come up to ask the service advisor what to do.... its up to the service advisor after that..

Let me know if Dezmond works out, dont know who he is though... I only have 8k KM on my warranty left.

This is probably stupid, but how do you go about getting a particular SA?

Do you request him/her when you book your appt? Or do you make the appt, show up, and then make the request when handing over the keys? I'll try Desmond next time. I've dealt with Sheldon and he's okay.
