my headlights aim too low

i noticed that my headlights aim too low after sitting in my friend's e92 which is also lowered.

why is this?

i've searched the forums and it looks like there is no way to adjust this on an e93.

can someone confirm this?

I'm not sure if it'd be any different on an e93, on an e90 all you need to do is find the little black philips screw thing on the top of your headlight housing and turn it counter clockwise to raise the headlight.

I thought the headlights on e9xs are self-leveling? Hence it does that "bow" thing everytime you turn them on... (on xenon equipped cars anyways)...

Yes they are self-leveling, but from factory, the default aim is super low (set that way to prevent blinding oncoming traffic). The setting is a bit too conservative and raising a bit would result in much better range without annoying oncoming traffic.

I raised my headlights up a bit. And it does not seem to bother oncoming traffic.
