can't recommend who to go to ...but i can recommend who NOT to go to...

Chris (cant remember his last name). Pssshhh. took em 45 min to return my car AFTER calling me and letting me know it was ready. Then on top of that, after I complained about some scratches on my door after the carwash (i know my bad), he said that they were probably there and I didnt know it. Trying to take me for a fool...

i'd stay away from crev.

my car is there right now for brakes. i get a call from ernie that my brakes won't be covered under warranty because they are aftermarket. That's funny, because i've never had brake service done and the car was purchased brand new. I tell them to look again.

I get a call the next day from ernie saying that the service tech found out that the oem stamping is somewhere else on these new pads.

Give me an f'in break.... i'll never be taking my car there again. On top of that, they are asking $100 more for a new battery over Sterling BMW.

I recommend staying away from Aaron at Crevier. He tried to take advantage of me and sell me an unnecessary fuel injection cleaning for over $250 at only 30k miles.

The techs over at Crev are not as good as some other dealership say like Sterling but I don't see how the case you've mentioned above could possibly be Ernie's fault. He's not the one that inspects the brake pads...

The prices Ernie quoted are ridiculous. Wait til he posts his follow-up story.
