Engine light with whining turbo between 1500~2000 rpm

I was driving in the city and heard a really big whining sound so I thought I got flat tire again so I pulled over but everything was fine.

After 5 min, my half engine light came off, I lost half power and I can hear turbo whining between 1500~2000 rpm...

After 2 HPFP replacements within 6 months, now it's turbo problem..

I am getting sick of this car...
