I kept on saying, this car is beautiful and very futuristic. My opinion won't matter but HKS786 agreed as well. I guess we should add Jeremy clarkson to the list of growing admirer's of this car. This car is a stunner

i still think theres something funny about it and would rather own a scuderia(sp?) looks wise. BUT this thing performs up to its hype and this is impressive. Same lap time as an enzo? damn. that being said, i cant afford either.

The Italia headlamps with the stacked LEDs throw off the whole front end, imho. I realize LEDs are here now and everybody's doing it, but I think Ferrari could have been a bit more subtle with it. We'll have to see how it lasts over time from a design perspective..... |

Amazing how this is a pure-bred Ferrari mid-engine supercar yet its only half a second quicker than the massive and less powerful GT-R....

Also, when you see it in motion like on that Top Gear video it looks so much better than in photos. It really looked good next to the 430.

Precisely what I wanted to say. The car looks sublime while moving. Plus, I'm also a sucker for side skirts. I like how balanced yet bulky the rear side skirt looks. And I don't think many people would agree with me but I also like how the bonnet folds over the headlight. It looks very innovative and it's also there for a purpose as to styling. And we should get some photo's of it next to a f430 just to show how good the f458 looks

This is a stunning machine in looks & performance. Don't smoke crack & buy a $375k Lexus when Ferrari has the answer..

But I'll bet anything that you're still going to get people who will make that choice because they want a car they assume will cost less in ownership over the years and be a lot more reliable. Even some of the uber rich tend to be frugal and want something that won't breakdown or cost an arm and a leg just to change the oil. It's really the main reason people gravitate to Lexus over Euro brands in the first place. And for some, it's the only reason. Toyota knows this, and it's why they've been carefully entering into the performance car segment. That supercar Lexus is just a way of evolving into the market with less expensive everyday versions. |
