Boost Question

For those with a boost gauge, what's the minimum rpm that full boost can be achieved? I'd assume it would be around 1400 rpm under WOT, given the torque specs of the N54. Could anyone confirm?

I'd love to see a video like Shiv posted of the in-dash boost gauge--unfortunately he had the engine spinning over 3000 rpm--and I'm curious how the engine (with and/or without tune) behaves with boost at low rpm. TIA.
