How do these plugs look to you?
I was getting some long cranking but very intermitent. The car ran a little rough on idle. Some days it was fine and some days I get a 2-3 second crank. I just put in some fuel system cleaner and changed out the spark plugs. I am trying to be as optimistic as I can hoping for it not to be the HPFP
The car does seem to be running smoother and right after I popped in the plugs, the car started up quickly. Take a look at the plugs. Did I changed them out prematurely? The car has 24000 KMS on it running JB3 from 500 Kms. |

They look brand new, very little erosion of the electrode.

Here's a site that may help with some pics of various plug ends:

They are a little darker in color than mine were when I changed them. Maybe carbon build up. Do you have a Oil catch can? Running a tune will cause more blow by and more oil into the intake if you don't have a occ. Over all they look fine but you may consider an occ because pics I have seen were spark plugs start to get black and build carbon usually have very dirty intake valves. Just my .02 , good luck.
