Voice input for business nav.

Does Business Navigation support voice input? After searching the forums I am confused. My 2007 E90 320d has Business Navigation, but voice input only works for the phone. That is, I say "HELP" or "OPTIONS" and it only tells me phone commands, even with no phone registered and Bluetooth switched off. Is this normal?

Mine has business nav and it's a 2007 335Dse and it supports everything
