Does anyone know where to buy carbon fiber center caps for 19" Avant Garde M130 and the diameter size I need?

Avant Garde M310 that is.

Here are the specs just given, but everywhere I look range from 65-70 etc, and hear of people getting wrong sizes:

The centercap will be a 66-67mm base and the decal will be a 65mm sticker.
