Creaking window seals common?

I noticed my new (but used) 3's windows are creaking around the seals (so it seems). It's not bad..but now I'm listening for it now (damn!).
My friend has a three year old 5 series and you can hear window creaking all around much louder until drowned out by the radio or road noise, but it was definitely worse.
Is this common

Squeeky Seals

I had the same problem. You can go to the dealer and they will charge you 1 hour labour to "lubricate door seals" or you can pick up some silicone lubricant from Canadian Tire and apply to all the rubber seals. If you plan on keeping the car for a while you should do it every six months for maintenance.
