Bluefin

Does anybody know if Bluefin is available for a 2010 320d 177? According to the Superchips website it is but others say no. Which is it? Still haven't received a reply from Superchips.

Wouldnt have bluefin over Evolve etc mate. They are a predominantly VAG tuner.
Have a look at the tuners that specialise in BMW. You'll likely get a better product for your car!

Speak to them. In my (VAG) experience they are extremely professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I wish I could remember the names of the people you should speak to but it's been a few years since I ran my A3.

Still haven't had a reply from Superchips. I work in Turkey so my car isn't in the UK which means I wanted a switchable map. Why? Because a simple Superchips remap in Turkey is EUR 700. A tad too expensive in my opinion considering the price in the UK is apprx EUR 400. Bluefin would have enabled me to buy the map back in the UK then bring it over to Turkey and upload it to my car. I wonder if there are any other companies offering this kind of service? Does anybody know of any? Also, feedback from any others who have remapped the 177 320d would be great. Is there a real difference in power?

I had a dig around at my old threads on Audi Sport and came up with this http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/new-a3-...luefin-v2.html Jamie is the man to speak to and I also remember a guy with a Greek name, Constantin or something.

As I said, I was always very impressed with their service. If they weren't happy then they'd work on it.

And phone them! A few quid on a long distance call is way better than email.

I though all vehicle after 2009 have different encription therefore, OBDII switchable remaps are out of question.

I have bluefin for 2 of my diesels. W8ing for superchip to crack the encription so I can bluefin my 2009 330d. I have the same problem, I live in Australia so switchable is the best option for me coz I can change map when ever i need to.
