there's probably no strict law on brightness but it obviously shouldnt be blinding other people while youre on the road. i have HID angels in my car and its bright but not blinding.

I have a 2011 323i.
It has angle eyes, but it's the original BMW color. I want to get white ones. I live in Toronto, Can anyone help me with where I could find them and how much would it cost? |

PM DIMSUM about disabling your day time running lights, then pursue a harness to allow you to run your angel eyes as drl's with a new bulb.
