are the stock 335 e93 rims staggered?

Wondering if e93 rims are staggered. Had a wheel replaced it was bent. Dealer said it was a front wheel. I got the car back and saw new rim on rear ? I also now have a car shimmy at 78- 90 mph. Could this be a cause ? Or do they just need to re balance the tires?

look at the Tire size, on the e92 its 225 in the front and 255 in the rear. the middle number is how wide the tire is.
