Holiday CASH credit $1500???
So if the negotiated price is $1k over invoice ($53,735 before TTL) for a 535i with certain packages/options...Would holiday cash of $1500 be subtracted from $53,735 to make it below invoice cost by $500? Because dealership is saying that my cost is $53,735 after holiday credit has already been applied.
So would I be getting a good deal? Would paying $53,735 after holiday credit taken off be considered $1k over invoice OR is it actually paying $2,500 over invoice just for the car before TTL since I have to consider the holiday credit of $1500? Thanks! |

Correct. My suggestion would be to negotiate to a deal without the holiday cash, then subtract holiday cash from agreed sales price as down pmt on sale or cap cost reduction on lease. Less confusing this way.
Also, you should be able to do better than 1k over invoice. There's a member on m3post (golfrrr I think) that can get you an internet quote that should beat that. |
