It's hard to tell in that pic what part has been smoked, I think it's all the red?
I don't think it is legal as it reduces 'visibility' of your taillights, depends how dark you want to go. I personally want to smoke my taillights but am having trouble finding film at a reasonable price to cover the lights so might have a go at a DIY soon with some spray paint. I'm planning on leaving the 'white area' white. |

i dont really like the spray or film options, they come out looking a bit tacky imo, those ones have been painted somehow and look that much better imo. im fairly sure they arnt legal because they are not stock, however i doubt many police will be aware of what stock e92 lights look like tbh |
