Colorado? You wouldn't think there would be that many people there with no idea what to do in those conditions or when the street ahead of you is obviously full of accidents.

Snow covered up hill road + clueless colorado drivers = a 20+ car pileup.

The last pick up driver was a real genius.

They should require cars to have chains or AWD with snow tires to drive on that road.

wow. I would expected people who live on these streets either run on snow tires or avoid the street if possible.

I wonder who pays for what in this type of pile up. Say you slide into someone and cause a little bit of damage then another truck comes and smashes into you and causes even more. It just seems like a insurance nightmare.

You can see when the last pickup is sliding, there is glare ice beneath the snow. If I saw a gigantic pile-up on the hill ahead of me in Colorado, I would assume more must be going on than just snow accumulation. Common sense should have prevailed, but it didn't.

I just came back from a snow trip and cant believe how bad some people are at driving. Almost everybody hits the brakes before going up a hill. I thought it would be obvious to have as much momentum as possible but people would slow down and get stuck.

Thats crazy! Why diddnt he and someone else go to the top and bottom of the hill to warn others not do drive in that area??? Instead of just watching 5 cars slam into eachother.
