I decided to be punctual with my taxes for once, and finished them last week.

I selected to have my refunds direct deposited into my checking account, and e-filed them.

I received funds in my account less than 7 days later!!

I'm going to efile EVERY year.

Its a pretty good deal. I've been doing for the past 8 years. I just makes it easier.

This is the first time I have to do real taxes since I have a real fulltime job now...
I have a meeting with the tax man next week, so gonna tell him to e-file it and have the refunds put in my checking account!

I went with H& R Block with direct deposit you can receive your refund within 8 days for local State and Fed will take a couple days longer.

I agree, I did the same three years in a row. I actually think last year was more expensive, I may be wrong. The bad thing is -- I spent the refund quicker this way

I did H&R online aswell. The state was in there in abotu 2 days, the federal required that i mail in a certain form within 2 days, and the refund would go into my bank account 8-12 days later, i think. Its pretty sweet and easy, if you ask me.
