JB4 Beta question
When we receive our jb4, is it already pre loaded with the latest firmware? Or do we need to update it? I just installed mine and I can't get the steering wheel controls to work. Command mode is not happening for me

Thanks for posting that chart! But when saving the selection before exiting, wouldnt pressing the volume up or down just change the speedometer position again?

Yup, radio is off and I'm pushing the buttons correctly, mornings happening though :/ I'll have to check the install over again.

So when the speedo set to the proper menu you want to adjust ( ex. Maps ) and the tach is adjusted within that menu, the command mode "locks" your selection to that menu until they are saved by moving the speedo. Correct?
With the exception of menus 1 and 5 in which the save is instant. |

To get command mode working, do you need an extra hardware adapter? Or will it work with just the core?

Really? Ok I didn't know that. I can't wait to get mine and play around with the different gauge settings. I always thought you needed a CAN tool connected to the core or something like that
