What numbers should i be getting with these mods?

What type of dyno numbers do you think i would be getting with these mods?

I know i should just go and dyno it, im just curious what my hp and tq would be roughly..

Its a 2009 e90 335i, mods include:

K&N Drop In Filter
Active Autowerke Catless Downpipes

What do you think?

You're not getting 390whp out of a tune, DCI and DPs. 360-370 is more like it and that's being optimistic. Also take into consideration your real-world performance will be nowhere near the advertised numbers due to heatsoak on a sustained run from the stock FMIC.

v5 only claims :Typical gains on an otherwise stock n54 powered BMW running on 91-93 octane fuel are 70-80 wheel horsepower and 80-90ft-lbs of torque.

Our 08 335i hit the 400 mark with a similar setup except with the aFe Dual Cone Intake and Active Autowerke Cat Back Exhaust.

knock is something that happens on cars that want to run 13 down to 10 up to 13 degrees of timing, but lower timing due to repeated knock. Real tunes have a way to change/alter timing.

Log timing and see for yourself. Being that you dont have any form of actual timing control provided with the tune, if your timing is below 9-10 degrees while floored at any point, you knocked.

Yep, You wanna be 10 or higher during full WOT sustained!.

If timing drops quickly it knocks then it sends a signal to the ECU witch in turn pulls timing witch follows by a huge loss of HP.

Methanol helps alot in preventing this.

With a tune that actually controls engine parameters that tunes should - i.e. ignition control.

So you are saying the Procede is a "real tune" with CPS offset?
