Originally meant for Shanghai but brought forward to Geneva in March. The M5 Concept car now moves to Shanghai in late April partly due to market demands. China has seen a very strong growth of BMW M products in the past year in fact China is the market with the highest growth for M Product in 2010. And is the first market for M product to show rapid growth since the US. Sales of M products have been exceptional Thanks to the M3 and the X-M's being immensely popular. I hear that Pre-owned M5's are heavily sought after too.And that dealers in China can barely keep them in stock. The M5 Production car will debut at the IAA in Frankfurt this September. But first information will be available mid-summer.

Maybe its just my imagination running wild or something, but that looks like it could be a go-kart looking car. I can almost imagine a KTM X-bow like BMW.

Will it have a 5.5l NA V10 that revs up to 10.000 RPM? If not I have little interest. A roadster should sound like a Formula 1 V8 (Ferrari 430 16M) or V10 (Porsche Carrera GT).
