Wink Custom Carbon Fiber wrapped coupe interior set

Hi;

Thought I'd post some pictures of a custom wrapping project I've done for a buddy that has a e46 coupe. Interesting thing is he wanted me to wrap the entire front armrests in carbon fiber. I've only done the top halves for other guys and this was the first entire armrest wrap. He also has a custom double DIN bezel he's made that isn't quite finished yet, so I'll hold off posting those pictures.....(in process CF wrapping is never flattering LOL).

Think the armrests came out real slick! Wasn't sure when he requested it, but i think they'll look sick when installed. Here's some pictures of the finished parts (last pic has some e36 trim I'm finishing too; snuck in picture).

Not my taste, buy you did a nice job!

I just don't understand using cf to add weight (clearly the weight will make no difference, but it's the same as a nonfunctional scoop, or an M badge, to me)

I'm using the CF for cosmetic applications; no different to selecting another BMW interior trim finish. Any CF aplied to interior pieces is cosmetic just like BMW factory CF trim now available; simply for appearance.

It's actual CF cloth. I purchase 50" wide rolls in 10 yrd lengths for the wrapping. It takes about 1 yard if CF cloth to complete an 8 piece interior set.
