I need opinions on this 88\' E30

'88 with only 37K miles would be a rare one. These cars are a blast to drive (mine has been treated kindly and has 67K miles). I'd ask how many previous owners and what, if any, mods have been made. From photos, looks like cover panel is missing on the driver's side (covers all those wires visible under the steering wheel.

that driver's seat has seen more than 37k miles judging by the photo.... looks straight though.
