changing the wood trim to aluminum

Is this possible to do in a 2006 330i and if so does anyone know how much the parts might cost from a dealership?

Thanks in advance

search. even some DIYs that show how to do it. From dealer $$$ ($700+), trade with another owner, much cheaper.
