Those look like clouds to me. I'm not a meteorologist though.

FTFY... fuckers are always parked in loading zones/bus-stops, etc. Serves that guy right. Hope he was pissed when he came out of the dunkin doughnuts.
If I can figure out how to host videos I'll post up a couple... |

This is a video right out my front door...
Our mailbox flap is broken so I wanted to get the mail that evening because we were expecting some tax docs and I didn't want them to get wet from all of the blowing snow. This was probobly at about 8PM, so the bulk of the snow hadn't even fallen yet, but you can see the sustained winds we were having. Growing up on a farm I've seen some really gusty wind storms in open fields, but I've never seen 60MPH sustained winds in a city before. It was litterally like this from 2:30PM up until about 3AM on Wednesday. Anyway, it was gnarley. |

Here's another... This is about 6:30AM the following morning. This plow truck had gotten stuck outside. By the time I got my phone and got the video rolling he was just getting out, but it took about 10 minutes of struggling before he was able to break free.
Keep in mind I live on a snow route, so it was plowed durring the duration of the storm and plowed clean following the storm, thus making it not look that bad. But even today 2+ days later something like 80% of side streets are completely unplowed and impassable. |
