Instrument cluster PL2 E8x and E9x

Since they are not currently present. They may have been set anytime in the past and are probably just flukes. Since they don't set a warning light, the engineers seemed to think that they weren't important enough to warn the driver. You could clear them and see if they come back, but I'd just leave them. They may be indicative of some conditions that your dealer may need to know to determine warranty options should something fail (assuming you're still under warranty). Dealer tools will know the date and mileage that these were set and possible other information that might be useful later.

Clamp 30g_f cutoff Error will not cause a warning light Error is not currently present Test conditions have been completed if i delete it and it comes back but still says error is not present and will not cause a warning light. if it does not cause a warning light then does that mean its ok and theres no problem? if there was actually something wrong why would it be hidden and not show a light? obviously a tuner code would be hidden, but i mean actual problems with the car, wouldnt it show a light? |
