Geographic Location

I grew up on the east coast. I now live a few hours from the west coast. I feel that pretty much every state in between is non-existant. Like that whole big ol' middle part of the map is just a big mesh of wtf. Anybody else?

Born and raised on the east coast. Made trips up and down this side. Want to go visit the west coast like a mofo, and all I care about in between is colorado and nevada (really just vegas).

Vegas was a much bigger deal when I lived on the east coast. Now that I'm close I'm kind of over it. Sort of. With the opening of the Metropolitan and Marquee (much better than the NY one), I'm excited again.

I've been to the midwest like Saint Louis and Chicago which are cool, others places are behind the times, just depends on if you're in a big city i guess.

Depends on what you're looking for. Lots of amazing natural scenery all over the middle of the U.S. though.

Im from missouri, in the cities its great, small town life is cool too if you're into that kind of thing. Just watch out for meth heads and red necks.

as someone who lives in "fly over country" --without us---nothing out there exists...it was our tax money from the the 40's 50's 60' and 70's that enabled all the west to be developed...

Nothing beats SanDiego. Haven't been there in some years but it was disgusting last time I went with all the homeless.

Born in southern Illinois... grew up on a grain farm 8 miles outside of a town of 7,000 people (the sticks).

Graduated from college and moved to NY and stayed there for about 4 years, then picked up and moved to LA and lived there for about 5 years... Been back in Chicago for about 18 months and plan to be here hopefully for the duration.
