JB4 code clearing question

I have been getting a service code ever since bmw replaced my front brakes. Its the one that looks like a car on a lift and the "brake" light on the dash stays on. I have had to bring it back to the dealer twice to have them reset it. Well, I recently installed the JB4 and following the procedure is simple. I have tried to delete the codes and tried the reset ABS feature. Turned on Auto delete. The code still shows up. Is this because the JB4 is not capable of clearing this code? I get flashing lights as a confirmation when I do it. But the code still remains. I tried to search but couldn't find anyone with a similar issue. Can anyone chime in on if they have had luck with this or anything similar? I would hate to have to take the tune out to take it to the dealer since I have a feeling this code will keep coming back. Thank you.

Jb4 will not reset maintenance lights such as brake, oil service ect.
BT cable will.

dont quote me but if you are going to take it the dealer put in map 0. you won't have to clear the abs code.
