335 Bypass valve replacement

I am trying to find bypass valve replacements for a friends 335 that is leaking boost out of the BPV's at higher boost levels. He does not want to have the "PSSH" sound and thus does not want a blow off valve. Is there a bypass valve replacement solution that is sturdier than the stock plastic valves?

I remember on my supercharged 330 I used hyperboost HX valves and they worked great.

What is a direct bolt on replacement for the factory BPV's? Anything made of metal?

Thank you - would appreciate some help. I tried searching but couldn't find much other than blow off style solutions.

Sweet... I will definitely order those. Is there a vendor on this site that sells them? Or a place where you guys normally buy them from?

Let me know, thanks!!

interesting, I think this is the first time I have heard of stock bypass valves failing. I have 53K miles 40+K miles procede and still on my stockers.
