I'm looking for a good site that sells honda parts. I need to replace the brakes of a '02 Accord. Also how hard is it to replace the brakes yourself? Is this something that could be figured out by reverse engineering? Are there any special tools I'll need? Will I have to bleed the brake lines?

There are two things wrong with the car at the moment and I'm not sure if they're inter-related:
1) The brakes squeal when I brake... I assume the pad is just worn out.
2) Sometimes in cold weather, the brake light (the one that indicates the parking brake is set) remains on even after I released the parking brake. It'll remain on for a few minutes/miles then go off by itself.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Changing brakes is a easy job. I'm not good at describing steps so i'll just refer you to http://www.v6performance.net Its a large honda accord forum.

I've used hondaautomotiveparts.com on 3 ocassions, I don't have a problem with them although shipping could be cheaper.

Are you replacing the pads or the calipers?

You don't really need any special tools. There is one to press out the pistons on the caliper but you can just use a rubber mallet or a c-clamp (what I did) instead. Pretty simple job. You'll have to bleed them if you remove the brake lines which will make pushing the pistons out a lot easier.
