Twin exhaust tip

Looked all over the internet, including ebay and i cant find a 76mm twin exhaust tip for my 3. Does anyone know where i could get one and buy it, because my dad is a welder and i could save a few quid by not having to go to an exhaust centre to get one fited.

cheers

This would get my vote.

I plan to purchase the complete backbox that uses these tips from BCS Automotive, same as MStyle.

That's actually quite nice, and reasonably priced too

cheers guys does the 76mm refer to the size of the two ends or does it refer to the other end where it welds on to the backbox

also, would this fit?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Universal-3-Ex...ht_1446wt_1174

cheers

Anything will fit if you weld a new pipe from the backbox and make a custom hanger.

Otherwise very little will fit due to the oval exhaust pipe.

Just take it to an exhaust place mate I had one just like the above link fitted for £80 all in it's not an expensive job really

that last one looks more oem to me. When they cut mine the pipe was round and welded easily.

I like the one in the first logo just not the part that says it has a blue flame emblem on it!

Small world! I was with a friend who had a black C2 VTS on the day.

Those rollers weren't quite right. How have you found your map after 2 years?

I went for style RiT from this page, fitted by a exhaust specialist in Ballymena - ~ £75 all-in, cheapest and one of the best mods I've done!

Nope, you need to be further back, behind the rear hangar (which will need welding back on BTW). If you look at my pic above you'll see it has been cut halway down the first dip from the box.

Or you could just measure the length of the new pipe and work your way back from there.

Looked at these two, seems that the first one has a smaller inlet, so is this the one i need?

Best bet is Powerflow if your anywhere near it, I plan on heading up myself sometime for a replacement, that RiT tip looks like the best bet.

Try http://www.powerflowexhausts.co.uk/dealer-locator/
There's one in Newry & Newtownabby, they are more gared up for this kind of thing, so it's worth popping in to ask them wheck one to get as most of us have forgotten the actual sizes since having them fitted (or is that just me) :-)
