Most recent article about it, one cannot help but wonder what crack is the judge smoking when he gave the sentence. I hope that asswipe gets what's due to him in prison.

Actually, this issue was brought up by a member (OP on 2nd link) on the audi forum I frequent. He is the parent of one of the victim's classmate. I thought it would be a good idea to post it here too.
(please dont start the audi vs bmw arguement here, )

The donation details are given in the newslink, and afaik, her family could use all the help/assistance they could get now.

What a horrible tragedy. I feel so sorry for the girl and her family, and for the driver and his family.

She's lucky she didn't die from that.

I probably won't respond again. I understand most people would feel nothing but bitter hatred for this driver. He made an extremely poor decision that cost a little girl a lifetime of pain and suffering.
