Whats wrong with oem parts?

If you want adjustable then maybe Whiteline have something that would fit?

Are the OEM droplinks ok length? They were too long on the e46?

Where are the droplink top mounting points on your coilovers? (if they have any) Are they at a similar height to the OE mounts?

If you have a really big drop then you may change the angle a little and lose some stiffness, 'tis true.
But the biggest reason for adjustable links would be to balance the bar after a corner weighting / ride height session.
Sometimes you get a little uneven loading which you can dial out.
You should find oem length is fine.
I have never heard of anyone needing to alter them for example.

I bought some new turret tops from here in Denmark this month, came in a week:

Good prices on pattern parts and the quality was absolutley oem.

The OE droplinks are 300mm and the ones with the kit (i measured last night are 240mm) so i bought some Lemforder ones from a Ford Puma (238mm) and they are an ideal replacement for anyone thinking of lowering in future,

thanks m1bjr for your help , appreciated.
