Will B12 leak past the rings over night?

I was cleaning my intake valves today and got extremely frustrated. The only valves I could get clean were the ones I let soak for 2+ hours. I decided to soak all 6 banks over night. So I filled the cylinders all the way to the top touching the valves. I really don't want to pull the plugs in the morning and crank it to clear the cylinders.

I was hoping the B12 will leak past the rings over night, and I can just change the oil like I planned.

PS: My valves were 3x worse than any pictures I've seen on here lately. I don't know how I was getting ANY flow!
