I'm sure people will start chiming in. DCI is a dual cone intake. It is only necessary when running higher boost. Otherwise, your gains are minimal.. however, you do get a more pronounced turbo spool.

Seriously?
How about reading one of the multiple stickies at the top of the page? It's even easier than typing in JB4 in the search. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=374508

Seriously man, before you go messing with your engine and warranty, do some of your OWN research instead of asking others. Vendors are very helpful but they are here to sell you a product. For the love of god, just read the stickies at the top of the page, read/watch a few install guides, learn about tuning, and have fun.

A DCI is an intake. The Injen intake is an iteration of the DCI. You will be fine with either one. The BMS DCI seems to be most popular because you get similar performance for a much cheaper price. However, Injen looks better in the engine bay.

His threads are full of win today Just like the other one asking if his car will blow up if he does the exhaust flap mod. It's keeping me entertained to say the least.

Yeah I noticed that too and was just about to post but you beat me to it.
To the OP: If you have a 328 the JB4 will not work but BMS does have something for the 328. If you are going to get a 335 then you have to tell us what year because the JB4 will only work with the N54 engine while the JB3 will work with the N55. I live in LA too so if you want some help just PM me. |

Come on, he put the wrong car in his profile? OP, do not tune your car, you will loose your warranty! If you want to tune go Dinan. I can already see the future threads this guy will post if he gets a piggy! |
