320d Seafoam?

Has anyone ever sea foamed their e90?

My e90 320d is a bit smokey when idling especially when first started. But when it's driving it is fine. I'm considering sea foaming it, then getting the oils and filters changed about 50 miles after sea foaming it. Any one have any advice/opinions on this?

Basically it cleans any sute and carbon deposits out of your engine, but I would like to know has anyone had any bad affects. Would you reccomend it, and what about in an e90 320d. Has any one done it before?

Thats not to say everyone's car will be full of clunge. I've seen a 335i on youtube with only 7,000 miles on it being seafoamed.

Some people swear by it, just want to get some peoples views from using it on an e90 diesel.

I don't really want to take this off topic and make NSFW but I don't know how else to explain.

No offense meant. You just unsuspectingly hit some slang word gold.

Ha no offense taken. Maybe not clunge, I thought it sounded right but when I looked it up on the net I found it's actually slang for the loved below waist female body part!

So instead of clunge, we will just say carbon deposits
