Slight squeak issue

So hey guys, i got my 335xi 6spd last month cpo'd 43k when i bought it, and now there is an issue.

Everytime i roll off in 1st gear it makes a squeak noise from the back tires, or when im making slight turns at low rpm/mph. i brought it into park ave bmw and they said it was my rear brakes and they were replaced. checked the service info on the navi, and it didnt come up as changed i ignored that. then today the noise came back, should i return it to the same bmw or go to a different one.

any thing will be appreciated

It only comes on when you have driven for a while, right? Rotors are probably slightly warped. That's what happened to mine. I resurfaced them and the squeak went away.

I've had this same issue with my car for over almost a year now and I've taken it to the dealer over 5 times now to try to get it fixed. It's been narrowed down to the ebrake assembly. So far they've replaced my entire ebrake assembly and although the noise is not as loud or frequent, it still happens occasionally on slow first gear take offs. It doesn't happen on small bumps anymore, which makes me a bit more complacent.

It's not the pad sensors, I've had those replaced and shaved down twice, didn't fix it.
