Check to see if they're touching each other or any other part of the underbody.

This. If you have any issues, always a good idea to call the manufacturer. They are usually able to offer the best support.

+1

Its a common install error when the shop/person doesn't rotate them properly to ensure clearance.

Yes it is actually, resetting your adaptations with procede can help with a shaky idle. If you can,t hear the pipes hitting something I doubt that's the problem.

They aren't clocked correctly or they installed the o2's in the wrong order which will cause the idle and driveability to goto shit.

That was what I was referring to, the OP never mentioned he heard metal on metal noise otherwise I would say there is clearly an install problem. He just said vibrating which would mean possibly a rough idle which could be related to other hardware like HPFP or injectors too.

i actually had this when i had my MS catless ones installed. After a week, went back and had car lifted to see what was rubbing. Turns out, there was a very slight rub. You could see the metal scrap. The installers loosened and adjusted and all has been well since. Mine was funny. If i turned the wheel to the right slight and tapped the brakes to move the car say an inch, the vibrating would go hence why i figured there was a rub. The engine would move slight and exhaust wouldnt rub anymore. Take it back to installers.

Sounds like an alignment issue - who installed them?
