How do you clean this??

I currently have flat black m3 gts wheels on my car and i have no clue how to clean them properly without scratching the finish. what is the best products/ methods to safely cleaning flat wheels?

Also, are the sports seats real or fake leather?

i bought them flat black, im assuming that they are powder coated
