How long to warm up 328xi

Hi I have a 2009 BMW 328xi and I don't have any temperature gauges. Just have a question how long I should let the car warm up for?

I don't warm mine up at all, start it, let it idle for 10 seconds and go. I try to keep my revs at 3k or less for the first few miles thats all.
