Jb4 firmware / interface

So I have the 6/4 interface how do I update firmware to 7/20??

Usually on Terrys post on n54tech he lists some weird file at the bottom of his post. It's like a weird name file matrix something blah blah. Download that to your desktop. Then you open up JB4 software and plug laptop into the car. Hit connect then you go to the update software thing and it'll ask you which software you want to use. Just click browse and click whatever file it was that you saved on your desktop and it'll start to update itself. It'll say like step 1 of blah blah i think.

Thanks for the help....but lesson learned..after u update, or think you updated your JB4 check to make sure....I thought it was updated, put the car back together only to find I did nothing...

I really need to hook the USB through the glove box...anyone know if that is a time consuming job...
