Datalog from today's dyno......

Here is the datalog from today's dyno, dyno graph will be posted later when I receive them from Surgeline. Let me know what you guys think. Is my timing being pulled based on the look of CAN actual ignition advance?

BTW, it was on a Mustang Dyno, and the baseline with FBO on Map0 was around 222 hp/269 tq.

The Map2 dyno was ~303 hp/383 tq., I don't think those numbers are right because the proportion was way off compared to when I had the car dyno'd before, which I consistently put down ~364-374 hp/ 380-390 tq. all in about the same weather temp. years before.

I'll post up the dyno when I get it, but the numbers should be very close to what I disclosed earlier.....

Mods:
Procede V5 Rev.2a / Map2 @16psi/ 50% IC
Vanguard exhaust
RR 3" CL DPs
ETS 5" FMIC
Stett CP w/ Forge DVs
DCI

Temp: ~70 degrees
Humidity: ~ 40%

Gasoline: 92 Octane NO METH

There are five timing dropouts on that datalog. You need more octane or you need to add more ignition correction / less boost.

Perhaps you need to change out the plugs? AFRs look fine. Just running too much timing it looks like.

I changed the plugs on bank 1 because I had an injector leak in that bank. Other than that, the other plugs were changed just about a month ago.

I think boost was too much, that was the issue. But when I did my other dynos before, boost were the same......So IDK?

So less boost = less timing?

TIA

simply put, you need to run more ignition correction. You're knocking with that 1.8 degree offset, so you need more it seems. and typically speaking, all other conditions equal, less boost will mean you can get away with more timing.

I'd say drop the boost down to 14 psi, set ignition correction to 100% and datalog. If there are no dropouts, you can increase boost in small increments until the dropouts come back.

Too much boost for 92 octane. 93 octane you could probably do 15.5 PSI.

So yea I would go to 14 to 14.5 at most.

Ya, but I really don't want to get the PWM from vishnu because I was anticipatin on using my Stett CP w/ meth bungs. But now, I don't even know where to begin with meth kits as the PWM kit from Vishnu seems to be taking over?

I just don't want to have to re-do my CP and the CP elbow, which are a must if I run PWM from Vishnu...........Sigh
