Wastegate Rattle?? Maybe not?
I've been all over the forums reading about this famous wastegate rattle. I was getting that same noise thats all over youtube. The cold start rocks in a can sound. So I decided to take it to the dealer because my vehicle is still under the CPO warranty. I brought it in and the SA told me that noise is most likely the wastegate actuators. Turns out that it was just the drivers side exhaust, well when I went to pick it up, my drivers side exhaust is hanging down lower and sticking out further. My questions are, Has anyone ever had the dealer replace the drivers side exhaust, and if I should bring it back to them to adjust it? Or can I just do it myself?
