Maybe an E46, but it honestly looks more like an Audi or maybe a VW Jetta? The trunk looks off.

My guess is it's an E46 - pause the video at 0:13, and you have a nice view of the car. Given the trunk length, window sizes, taillights, position (and the fact that there is one) of the shark fin, I'm almost 100% sure this is a TiAg E46.

Hope he gets caught asap - this is a prime example of brainless driving.

You can see the edge of the trunk is sharp like E46. E39 has more of a rounded/beveled trunk edge. Also, the brake lights are at the top of the tail lamp, which is indicative of E46 LCI. E39 brake lights are at the bottom.

Technically he did make that. He just left a domino accident in his wake.

Edit: Video is really grainy, but it almost looks like a fuel door on the driver side at the last second after it goes airborne.
